SMS Terms

1. Program description

The Jack's Rewards SMS program may send promotions, rewards updates, special offers, store news, program announcements, and other marketing messages. If you separately request transaction, security, or account messages, those communications may be governed by the consent and terms presented when you request them.

2. Consent and enrollment

You may enroll through an unchecked consent box in the Jack's app or another sign-up method we make available. By enrolling, you provide your electronic signature and authorize Jack's, directly or through its service providers, to send recurring automated marketing text messages to the mobile number you provide. Your consent is voluntary and is not required to buy goods or services.

We may use a double opt-in process. If we send a confirmation request, your enrollment is not complete until you follow the instructions in that message. Keep the confirmation message for your records.

3. Messages and frequency

Message frequency varies based on available promotions, your activity, and your preferences. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Jack's does not guarantee that any particular offer or number of messages will be sent.

4. Message and data charges

Jack's does not charge a separate fee to participate, but message and data rates may apply under your wireless plan. Contact your wireless carrier if you have questions about your plan or charges.

5. How to opt out

Reply STOP to a Jack's marketing text to withdraw consent and stop future marketing texts from that program. We also honor other clear requests to stop, including QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE. You may receive one final, non-marketing message confirming your opt-out. After opting out, you may re-enroll only by giving consent again.

Opting out of marketing texts does not automatically close your Jack's Rewards account and may not stop separate transaction or security messages that you specifically request.

Reply HELP for help. You may also email privacy@jacksenterprises.com. Please do not include passwords, complete payment-card information, or other sensitive information in an email.

7. Eligibility and responsibility for your number

You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, and you must be the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you enroll. Participation in the SMS program does not establish eligibility to buy any age-restricted product. Those purchases remain subject to all legal-age and identity verification requirements.

You agree to provide a valid mobile number and promptly opt out or contact us before you stop using, transfer, or reassign that number. If your number changes, you must enroll the new number separately.

8. Delivery and wireless carriers

Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed. Messages may be delayed or not delivered because of network availability, device settings, carrier filtering, or other circumstances outside Jack's control. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Program availability may vary by carrier and device.

9. Privacy and service providers

We use your mobile number, consent status, message activity, and related information to operate the SMS program, keep consent and opt-out records, provide support, prevent misuse, and comply with law. Paytronix Systems, Inc. and other messaging providers may process this information for Jack's. Read our Privacy Policy for more information about our privacy practices.

10. Program or terms changes

We may modify or discontinue the SMS program and may update these SMS Terms. We will post updated terms here and revise the effective date. When required, we will provide additional notice or obtain new consent. You may opt out at any time.
